What level of Spanish do I need to join a class?

You can join a class starting from level 0! We offer personalized lessons tailored to your current level, whether you're a beginner or looking to advance your skills. Our teachers will guide you through each stage of your learning journey.

How are the classes conducted?

Our classes are held online via Zoom, offering a flexible and interactive learning experience. You’ll be guided by a dedicated teacher throughout each session, with a strong emphasis on active participation from the very first day. A microphone is required, as our dynamic approach encourages you to practice speaking right away. Whether in a private or group class, our focus is to make learning enjoyable, engaging, and effective.

How long are the classes?

Each class lasts 55 minutes, providing ample time for focused learning and practice.

Do you offer group classes or only private lessons?

We offer both private and group classes, allowing you to choose the format that best suits your learning style and schedule.

Can I have a free trial class?

Yes, you can! We offer a 20-minute free trial class. Just give us a call to schedule it.

What time zone are the classes scheduled in?

Our classes are scheduled in Central European Time (CET), based on Spain's time zone.

How do I pay for the classes?

You can pay via bank transfer and request an invoice for your payment if needed.

Are there discounts for bulk class purchases or packages?

Yes, we offer discounts for full-course purchases. Each course lasts from September to February, March to June, and special summer courses during July and August.

Is it possible to focus on specific topics (e.g., business Spanish, travel)?

Absolutely! In this case, we will match you with the most suitable teacher based on your preferences.

Can I get a certificate after completing a course?

Yes, absolutely! You can request a certificate at the end of the course. While many of our students continue until course completion, we are happy to provide a certificate upon request whenever you finish.

Are there any free resources or materials provided?

Class materials are provided for free; however, depending on your level, a specific textbook may be required. It is the student's responsibility to obtain the necessary books, and we will inform you in advance if any are needed.

How do I know which level I am in?

In your free trial class, you'll have a one-on-one session with our Head of Studies, who will evaluate your current level and recommend the most appropriate course for you. Your feedback and comfort are very important to us, so we’ll make sure you feel confident in your level placement and learning path.

In what language are the classes conducted?

Classes are primarily taught in Spanish from day one. While English is used occasionally if needed, our method focuses on deduction, not translation. This helps you develop a natural understanding and build confidence to communicate faster and more intuitively.

Can I choose my teacher?

Of course! You can choose your teacher, as long as their schedule aligns with yours. We'll help you find the best match based on availability and your learning preferences.

Do you offer classes for kids or only adults?

We offer classes for both! We teach children aged 10 and up, as well as adults, tailoring the classes to suit each age group and learning needs.

How do I book a class?

To book a class, simply contact us! You can also start with a free trial class to get a feel for our teaching style and schedule. We’ll help you find the best class for your needs.

What is the academic schedule for classes?

Our classes are typically organized in semesters: September-February, February-June, and special sessions during the summer (July and August). However, if you'd like to join mid-semester, we're happy to review your case and find the best option for you.

What happens if I miss a private class?

Please refer to our Attendance Private Classes Policy for detailed information on how we handle missed private classes.

What happens if I miss a group class?

If you notify us in advance about your absence and your classmates agree, the class will be recorded. You can access the recording until the end of the month.

Who supervises the teaching quality and curriculum?

Our teachers are supervised by Moyra our Head of Studies, who is accredited as a DELE Examiner for levels A1, A2, and B2 by the Instituto Cervantes. She is also a methodologist and the author of our upcoming book. She regularly participates in courses and seminars from renowned institutions such as ELE Internacional, Cervantes, ProfeDeEle, Universidad de Salamanca, and Editorial Edinumen. Her ongoing involvement in these courses allows her to stay up-to-date and ensure that our teaching methods are always of the high quality.
