Attendance policy private classes

Cancellation by the School:

If the scheduled teacher cannot attend, the student may choose one of the following options:

  • Take the class with a substitute teacher.

  • Reschedule the class within 14 days of the original date.

If neither option works, the class will be considered completed.

Missed Classes by the Student:

If a student cannot attend a class due to illness or other valid reasons, they may request a make-up session within 14 days of the missed class, subject to teacher availability.

Please note the following conditions for rescheduling:

  • Students may reschedule up to 30% of the total contracted classes per semester. For instance, if a student has 20 contracted classes in a semester, they may reschedule up to 6 classes under this policy.

  • Once the 30% limit is reached, any additional missed classes will be considered completed and cannot be rescheduled.

In exceptional cases, such as documented emergencies, the school may offer additional flexibility at its discretion.

If no suitable time is found for a make-up session within the 14-day period, the missed class will be considered completed and non-refundable.

How far in advance can I announce the cancellation of a class to be rescheduled?

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule a class. The make-up session must take place within 2 weeks; otherwise, the class will be considered completed.

What happens if I cannot attend a class due to an emergency?

If you cannot attend a class due to an emergency, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to reschedule the class.

Under which holiday calendar are our classes scheduled?

Our classes follow a standard holiday calendar. As we may not be familiar with the specific holiday schedules of every country, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance of any national or local holidays that could affect your class schedule.

Please communicate these dates before signing the contract, so we can make the necessary adjustments and avoid disruptions.

What if I want to change my teacher?

If you'd like to change your teacher for any reason, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We'll do our best to find a suitable solution.

Group Class Cancellation Policy

If a group class needs to be canceled, it can only be rescheduled if all members of the group agree on a new date and time. In the event that not all group members agree, the class will proceed as scheduled and will be recorded for the benefit of absent students.

Please note that recorded classes will be available for a maximum of 30 days. After this period, the recording will no longer be accessible.
