Attendance policy private classes

Attendance policy

If we cancel a class

If your teacher cannot attend, you can take the class with another teacher from our team, or reschedule it within 14 days. If neither option works, the class is not deducted and can be taken later within the same semester.

If you cannot attend

Let us know at least 48 hours in advance and we will reschedule your class, subject to teacher availability.

  • You can reschedule up to 30% of your classes per semester — 6 out of 20, or 12 out of 40.

  • Once you reach that limit, further missed classes count as completed.

  • We will try to find a new time within 14 days. If that is not possible, the class can be taken later in the same semester, but it cannot carry over to a future term.

  • Classes missed without notice are non-refundable.

In documented emergencies we will do our best to be flexible, whatever the limits above say. Tell us as soon as you can.

Group classes

If you cannot attend a group class, tell us in advance. The class goes ahead as scheduled, and if your classmates agree, it will be recorded so you can catch up. Recordings are available for 30 days.

A group class is only moved to a different time if every student in the group agrees.

Holidays

Our classes follow a standard holiday calendar. Because we teach students all over the world, we may not know your local holidays — please tell us before signing your contract about any dates that affect your schedule.

Changing teacher

If you would like to change teacher for any reason, just contact us and we will find a solution together.

This policy applies to private and group classes. In case of any difference, your signed contract prevails.
